THE STRUCTURE
Three movements, one state of calm
Each 60 min session moves through three movements in our own Vayuvedic™ sequence: Ushnata, a warm herbal-steeped compress to ease the body into stillness; Prana, a guided breath sequence inspired by Bhramari and Nadi Shodhana to settle the nervous system; and Nidra, deep rest to let the body fully exhale.
THE SCIENCE OF STILLNESS
A calm nervous system takes practice
Vayuvedic™ stimulates the vagus nerve, the body’s natural pathway from stress to calm, through Ayurvedic Pranayama breathing and sensory practices like warm herbal compress. Developed by Salmeen, a licensed esthetician and certified gut health practitioner trained in Ayurvedic nutrition and pranayama breathwork.
BUILT FOR REAL SPACES
For teams, stressed individuals and wellness spaces
Vayuvedic™ is designed to be hosted, in a corporate wellness program, a spa or hotel partnership, a live experience at select wellness expos, or arranged as a private 1:1 session. Each Vayuvedic™ session runs 60 minutes and requires only a quiet room.
